[Video] Three Sebastian-Built Homes

It’s rare to see more than a few architectural photography shots of Sebastian-built homes. Most of our clients, understandably, want to keep their homes private.

But we have a rare opportunity to share video walk throughs of several stunning projects (or at least significant parts of them!)

Deloache

While this gorgeous property (aka reknowned architect Robert A.M. Stern’s “finest pieds-à-terre”) is no longer on the market, you can still enjoy an inside look at this special home that has hosted presidents and crowds of up to 2,500 with surprising intimacy.

The Oaks Residence’s Turkish Spa

The Oaks residence offers visual delights everywhere you look. There are just so many beautiful spaces in this property, it’s hard to catalog them all. But one manages to stand out from the embarrassment of riches: the indoor pool area, modeled after William Randolph Heart’s San Simeon estate.

Crespi Estate

Once featured in Time Magazine as America’s Most Expensive Home, the Crespi Estate changed owners several times in the last few years. Originally built after the Great Depression for Count Pio Crespi, this masterpiece was designed by famed architect Maurice Fatio.

Decades later, Sebastian Construction Group, together with famed New York architect Peter Marino and London-based landscape architect, Arabella Lennox-Boyd, completed the 33-month renovation and expansion project, creating what Private Air Luxury Homes called ‘The Finest Estate Home in America.’
