Project Manager

Job Description

The candidate should have experience in overseeing all aspects of the project from inception through completion including budget, schedule, quality and personnel to ensure the project’s success. Directing all facets of the project including but not limited to:  administering all aspects of contracts; develops and responsible for project budget and schedule; resolution of project issues in a timely manner; administers and responsible for project commencement activities, job cost accounting, change order development and tracking, submittal processing, distribution of revised plans and A.S.I.s, submission and follow-up of R.F.I.s, project meetings, status reports/Open Items List and punch lists.

Requirements

A degree in Construction Management required; 7 years minimum experience in a project management position with general knowledge of all aspects of high-end construction; Corecon, a plus; Microsoft Office proficiency; Bluebeam; Professional appearance and demeanor.

Field Superintendent

Job Description

The candidate should have experience in coordinating and directing all jobsite activities including but not limited to:  Review of plans, details, and specifications to identify potential issues.  Experience with shop drawings for “constructability” issues and compliance to job conditions and contract documents; Resolving all daily construction issues on-site and when necessary deals directly with architects and engineers on problem areas;   Verification of all control measures and elevations; Experience with developing and follow-up of punch lists during construction; Job safety; Daily Field Reports; Conducts subcontractor meetings; initiates RFIs.

Requirements

Some college, with an emphasis in Construction Technology is desirable; 5 years minimum experience in a construction supervisory position with general knowledge of all aspects of high-end construction; Bluebeam; Microsoft Office; Professional appearance and demeanor.

Project Engineer

Job Description

The candidate should have experience in coordinating and maintaining construction drawings, submittal logs and RFI logs, along with project related documentation such as Subcontractor Change Orders, Field Directives, and other related documents. The candidate will also be responsible for maintaining, distributing and updating punch lists and open item logs along with compiling, and distributing all project closeout documentation.

Requirements

Bachelor’s Degree in Construction Science required. A minimum of 4-5 years’ experience required. Commercial construction experience preferred. Bluebeam and Microsoft Office and Corecon proficiency preferred. A team-player with the ability of communicate to all members of project team is essential.  A professional appearance and demeanor is required.
