Crescent Residence

Today, we take a look back at the award-winning Crescent project. This stately beauty scooped up a 2018 Luxe Red award for architect Richard Drummond Davis and interior designer Deborah Walker.

From the Luxe magazine website:

“A Dallas home with an exterior depicting a less-ornamented version of the French Classical style was this client’s desire. The resulting structure, simultaneously grand and understated, is a sleek take on Parisian chic, where segmental and semicircular arches artfully blend with earthy stone and lacy ironwork.”

The Crescent Residence was designed by classical master, Richard Drummond Davis. Founder of the eponymous Richard Drummond Davis Architects, Davis is a Texas-based architect with a national footprint. While the firm has designed a wide range of commercial projects, from  the British West Indies to the Dallas National Golf Club, it’s best known for  homes inspired by period European architecture. Over 400 of them…homes inspired by period European architecture, including French, French Classical, French Country, Italian Villas, Spanish Mediterranean.

Interior design by perennial Best of DHome winner, Deborah Walker + Associates.
