Project Manager

Directing all facets of the project including but not limited to:  administering all aspects of contracts; develops and responsible for project budget and schedule; resolution of project issues in a timely manner; administers and responsible for project commencement activities, job cost accounting, change order development and tracking, submittal processing, distribution of revised plans and A.S.I.s, submission and follow-up of R.F.I.s, project meetings, status reports/Open Items List and punch lists.

Requirements

Bachelor’s Degree in Construction Science required. A minimum of 4-5 years’ experience required. Commercial construction experience preferred. Bluebeam and Microsoft Office and Corecon proficiency preferred. Estimator

Job Description

Under the direction of the Pre-Construction Manager, the Estimator is responsible for managing all aspects of developing new prospective projects including the development of initial budgets, subsequent budget refinements, and finally bidding of the work.  Responsible for quantity surveys and square footage take-offs. Work also includes systems analysis, material research, value engineering, green building studies, and other pre-construction services desired by the Owners or their design team. Bid and file management duties includes invitations to bid, RFPs and plan distribution along with project files management of plan files, spec, FTIs and other historical documents.  Subcontractor qualification and the ability to develop strong relationships is an important part of this role.

Requirements

Bachelor’s Degree (Construction Science preferred). A minimum of 2 years’ experience required (entry level considered). Proficiency in Excel required.  Experience with Oasis, Bluebeam, SmartBid, a plus.
