John Sebastian

JOHN SEBASTIAN

CEO / VISIONARY

John Sebastian assumed the role of company president in 1991, continuing the legacy of his father, founder George Sebastian: a reverence for quality combined with a deep understanding of the importance of commitment to the client.

John brings his unique qualifications in both design (he’s a trained architect with a degree from Texas Tech University) and construction to bear in every aspect of the building process. But what clients value most about John is that he provides intelligent and experienced leadership to all of the company’s projects, working relentlessly to deliver the premium experience that comes with a Sebastian home.

TIM WILLIAMS

DIRECTOR OF FINANCE

After receiving his Bachelors of Business Administration in Finance and Accounting from the University of North Texas, Tim has had a 20 plus year career that includes a variety of financial management positions. He has worked as a Controller, CFO, and VP of Finance for several construction and real estate companies across Dallas.

PRESIDENT / INTEGRATOR

A Construction Science graduate from Texas A&M University, Len began his career on large commercial construction projects. Before moving into his current President/Integrator role, Len spent the first ten years of his career in the field, where he served first as Field Superintendent for several complex, large-scale projects and then a Project Manager.

Ben Foster

BEN FOSTER

DIRECTOR OF OPERATIONS

A Business Management graduate from Oklahoma Christian University, Ben began his career as the owner of a construction company, where he managed multiple residential construction projects before moving on to be a Project/Construction Manager with URS, a very large environmental engineering/construction firm. During his time with Sebastian, Ben has served in many capacities including Field Superintendent, Assistant Project Manager, and Project Manager before moving into his current position of Director of Operations.

Andy O'Nan

ANDY O'NAN

DIRECTOR OF NEW PROJECT DEVELOPMENT

An engineering graduate from Texas A&M University, Andy began his career in the concrete trades building large-scale commercial, transportation, and industrial projects before moving into the field of construction technology. Andy spent 8 years working with software professionals to improve and implement pre-construction technologies used for bidding, estimating, scheduling, and 3D visualization including 6 years within The Beck Group, a nationally recognized commercial construction firm.
